About the program: We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an International Protective Security Board (IPSB) research fellow. Successful candidates will work on issues relevant to all sectors of the protective security industry including: Executive/Corporate, High-Threat/PSD, Faith-Based Organizations, High Net-Worth/Estate, Celebrity/Entertainment and Government/Dignitary. Our mission is to facilitate the development and awareness of professional standards and best practices for the Protective Security Industry. We also facilitate professional development and continuing education of the industry through research.
Location: Remote
Role of the Research Fellow: The selected candidate will work with IPSB board members and volunteers on various organizational matters. Daily work requirements will focus on fulfilling research and analytic writing assignments in support of the IPSB mission. The fellow will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from various sources in support a specific project. The position involves data mining from various sources, including internet, social media sites, and open source resources.

Compensation & Placement: The IPSB Research Fellow is a paid position. Candidates will work remotely. A minimum commitment of 120 hours for the entire project is required. The research fellow will receive regular feedback and evaluation from the IPSB.
Selection-Process: Competitive candidates will be selected for interviews. Selections are based on a candidate’s academic achievement, relevant area of study, other applicable experiences, availability, and the IPSB needs.
